Summary: This role will be responsible for supporting Saint Valentine’s eCommerce channels and helping to create an exceptional digital shopping experience for our customers. Working with the Ecommerce Lead, this role will support the eCommerce function, including day to day trade, digital product management and customer experience. The primary responsibilities for this role will be digital product management, including asset management, product descriptions, tagging, SEO optimisation and day to day management of our website. You will also coordinate product merchandising in alignment with the digital calendar to increase sales, conversion, and overall site aesthetic. You will ensure that our website delivers a strong online experience through UX, eCommerce initiatives, SEO optimisation, and online marketing tactics. As well, this role will support the growth and optimisation of the brand’s organic digital channels. Working closely with the Customer Service Coordinator and dispatch team, you will ensure best in market online customer experience and assist in troubleshooting technical issues. This role will also assist with the product management and trading of our marketplace partnership with The Iconic. Key responsibilities: Ecommerce & Website Management Own the product catalogue: creation, pricing accuracy, publish status, variants, tagging, metafields and archiving.Maintain product descriptions, imagery, video, sizing and fit notes, attributes and SEO metadata to brand standard.Perform bulk catalogue updates using spreadsheet tools, building minimal, reversible import files and verifying changes.Manage all website content: homepage, landing pages, banners, information pages, journals, press entries and Terms & Conditions.Manage inventory in Shopify: stock accuracy, stocktakes, pre-orders and sell-through. Trading & Merchandising Build, sequence and maintain collections aligned with marketing briefs, trading priorities and seasonal campaigns.Own onsite merchandising: product placement, sort logic and featured collections, sequenced to commercial priority and sell-through.Configure and QA promotional offers, discount rules and promo codes across devices, testing for rule conflicts before every go-live.Own the discount and promotional code catalogue, auditing expiries, duplicates and conflicts. Site Health & QA Conduct daily site QA across desktop and mobile, checking pricing, navigation, imagery, product pages, links and promotional content.QA every campaign, promotion and product launch before go-live. Identify friction across navigation, search, product pages, cart and checkout. Investigate, recommend, implement approved fixes and report the result. CRM & Retention Build, maintain and QA automated customer flows including welcome journeys, abandoned cart and browse abandonment.Administer and optimise the loyalty program, including points management, member communications, tier updates and redemption QA.Monitor and manage back-in-stock notifications and lifecycle trigger workflows.Ensure product, pricing and catalogue data feeding CRM is accurate and current. Reporting & Analytics Own weekly and monthly ecommerce reporting across website performance, traffic, conversion rate, AOV, UPT, loyalty, returns and revenue.Maintain performance dashboards and compile reports across ecommerce, CRM, email/SMS and paid media channels.Prepare post-campaign and post-launch analysis including engagement metrics, conversions, revenue performance and key learnings.Use performance data and insights to identify opportunities for optimisation and continual improvement. Marketplace Management: The Iconic & Other Platforms Maintain marketplace product catalogues including new listings, pricing, imagery and attributes.Manage weekly uploads of new products and ongoing SKU and inventory accuracy across marketplace platforms.Support marketplace promotional activity and reporting as directed. Project Management & Documentation Execute ecommerce and CRM projects end to end: brief, coordinate, execute, QA, launch, measure and document.Coordinate with Marketing, Creative, Operations, Production and Customer Service where required for project delivery/trade changes.Develop and maintain SOPs, training guides and process documentation to support operational consistency and scalability.Maintain and update ecommerce automations, flows and system processes as directed. General Provide support across ecommerce, marketing and operational initiatives as required.Support the business's AI transformation where relevant, applying AI tools to ecommerce workflows, testing what works and documenting it for the wider team.Contribute to a culture of continuous improvement, collaboration and innovation across the business.
