Description

Apollo's core athlete management system is used daily by coaches, practitioners, and athletes, and keeping it fast, stable, and reliable is critical to how our clients work. We're looking for a Fullstack Engineer to join our staff and take ownership of maintaining and improving that system โ€” working across our .NET Core backend and Angular frontend to debug issues, ship fixes, and keep the platform running smoothly in production. This is not a new-product-development role. We're looking for someone who's energized by working inside an existing, real-world tech stack: improving performance, creating new tests, making the system as easy to use as possible, both internally and externally, and handling deployments with care. If you like understanding how a live system actually behaves and making it better rather than starting from a blank slate, this role is built for you. Overview Location: On-site (White Plains, NY) Type: Full-time Compensation: $80,000 - $90,000 Responsibilities Build and maintain features across our .NET Core / C# backend and Angular frontendOwn site deployments, from code to productionWrite automated tests, including frontend testing (Playwright or similar) and API/endpoint-level testingWork directly with SQL databases and Azure Data Lake Studio as part of day-to-day developmentWrite Python for scripting, tooling, or data-related tasks as neededIntegrate with RESTful APIs (ours and third-party) Requirements Experience coding in .NET/C# and Angular (or comparable JS framework)Strong proficiency in SQL and relational databasesExperience writing test software, including frontend testing (e.g. Playwright) and API/endpoint testingPython experience, preferrably in productionExperience integrating with RESTful APIs, regardless of languageComfort owning deployments, not just writing codeExperience with Git/GitHub, Docker, or model deployment toolsAbility to clearly communicate insights to both technical and non-technical stakeholdersAbility to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environmentAble to work 40 hours per week, in-office โ€ Our process includes a practical component โ€” we're interested in how you document your engineering work, and we'll ask you to demonstrate improving the performance of a user-facing application.
