About The Role The SVP - GenAI Full-Stack Engineer Lead is a strategic leadership position responsible for spearheading the development and implementation of enterprise-scale AI-powered solutions within Citi’s technology ecosystem. This role requires a hands-on engineering leader who is passionate about building innovative products leveraging Generative AI and modern engineering practices. The successful candidate will provide technical guidance across full-stack environments, including frontend, backend, APIs, and cloud services, ensuring the delivery of scalable, resilient, and high-performing applications that support critical business functions. The role involves collaborating with senior stakeholders to align technological strategies with organizational goals, driving adoption of cutting-edge AI technologies, and fostering a culture of engineering excellence.
