About The Role We have an exciting opportunity for a Lead Software Engineer within the AI and Machine Learning Data Platforms team at JPMorgan Chase. As a key member of an agile development environment, you will play a vital role in designing, developing, and deploying innovative technology solutions that support the firm’s strategic objectives. Your expertise will contribute to building secure, scalable, and reliable market-leading products that leverage artificial intelligence and machine learning capabilities. You will serve as a technical leader, guiding a team of engineers and collaborating with product managers and stakeholders to deliver high-quality solutions. Your role involves evaluating emerging technologies, mentoring junior engineers, and driving the adoption of enterprise-approved AI-assisted engineering practices to enhance operational efficiency and code quality.
