Job Description Key Responsibilities Develop new concepts for healthy snacks, nutritious beverages, and functional food products.Formulate and optimize products for taste, nutrition, texture, quality, and shelf life.Conduct product trials, recipe development, sensory evaluation, and product standardization.Research emerging food ingredients, technologies, consumer trends, and healthy food innovations.Develop and maintain product specifications, formulations, recipes, and technical documentation.Work closely with Production, Quality, Procurement, and other teams to ensure successful product development and scale-up.Evaluate raw materials and ingredients for suitability, quality, functionality, and cost.Support packaging selection, product costing, labeling, and preparation for commercial launch.Conduct shelf-life studies and support quality and stability testing.Ensure new products comply with relevant food safety, HACCP, quality, and regulatory requirements.Troubleshoot formulation and production issues and recommend improvements.Support the transition of successfully developed products from R&D to large-scale production. Candidate Profile Bachelor's Degree in Food Technology, Food Science, or a related field.Strong professional experience in food product development, R&D, or food technology.Practical experience in developing and testing new food products.Experience with healthy snacks, beverages, functional foods, or nutrition-focused products will be preferred.Good knowledge of food safety, HACCP, quality standards, and product development procedures.Strong understanding of food ingredients, formulation, sensory evaluation, and shelf-life considerations.Good analytical, research, and problem-solving skills.Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
