We are searching for a skilled Field Software Engineer/Deplyoment Engineer on behalf of a fast-growing automation robotics company.
The company develops an intelligent, hardware-independent software platform that brings dynamic decision-making and real-time motion planning to factory and warehouse operations.
You will act as the key technical contact bridging core software development with live field operations, taking charge of complex equipment installations, real-time performance optimization, and hardware-software integration across Europe.
Core Responsibilities
Direct the end-to-end rollout of custom control software at client installations, taking direct charge of multi-component diagnostic work spanning control systems, network architecture, and mechanical hardware.Install, map, and test core software layers to communicate smoothly with robotic manipulators, optical sensing devices, industrial logic controllers, and client enterprise infrastructure.Execute operational tests to verify system stability, cycle speeds, and overall functional performance against strict contract specifications.Track down recurring operational anomalies, reproduce bugs, aggregate log files, and deliver structured root-cause analysis to product development and software QA teams.Draft standardized setup guides, field manuals, and diagnostic workflows to make future rollouts faster and more repeatable.Lead technical handoff sessions and deliver operational training for site engineers and partner integrators.Required Skills & Qualifications
