Working closely with cross-functional engineering teams, you will support high platform availability, execute CI/CD pipeline improvements, and write clean Infrastructure as Code (IaC) for multi-account AWS environments. This is a hands-on position where you will solve operational challenges and turn routine tasks into reliable, automated workflows. Our DevOps engineers ship with Cursor, Claude, and specialized CLI assistants as first-class tools, handling boilerplate Infrastructure as Code (IaC) generation, Python automation scripts, and CI/CD pipeline troubleshooting. Key Responsibilities Automate Infrastructure: Write clean, maintainable Terraform modules and Python scripts to provision cloud resources and streamline operational tasks.Manage Containers: Deploy, monitor, and support microservices running on Kubernetes (EKS).Build & Maintain CI/CD Pipelines: Maintain and optimize continuous integration and deployment pipelines to support fast, reliable releases.Cloud & Networking: Support multi-account AWS architectures, configuring VPCs, standard routing, and core security controls.Observability & Monitoring: Monitor platform performance, build dashboards, and assist with cost optimization using CloudWatch, Datadog, or the ELK stack.Compliance & Security: Implement configurations that align with strict security standards and regulations (SOC 2, PCI-DSS).Production Delivery: Develop, test, and ship reusable Infrastructure as Code (IaC) into production environments.Operational Excellence: Participate in system health monitoring, troubleshoot issues, and contribute to root-cause analysis to ensure high platform uptime. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or equivalent practical experience.3–5 years of hands-on experience in DevOps, SRE, or Infrastructure Engineering.Strong working knowledge of operating production environments in AWS.Solid experience writing Terraform for Infrastructure as Code (IaC) and practical scripting skills in Python.Good understanding of fundamental cloud networking concepts, VPC routing, and security principles.Practical experience with container orchestration (Kubernetes / EKS, Docker) and modern CI/CD tools (e.g., GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, or Jenkins).A “code-first” mindset focused on reducing manual toil through smart automation.Excellent communication skills in English, with the ability to collaborate effectively in distributed global teams.
