In this role, you will contribute to building intelligent, autonomous agent frameworks and modern web applications that support complex decision-making workflows. You will work across the full development stack — from crafting intuitive front-end user experiences to building robust backend services and cloud infrastructure components. This role can be worked remotely anywhere in the United States. Candidates must have the ability to get a secret clearance. Responsibilities Design, develop, and maintain front-end web applications using modern web technologies and low-code platforms. Build and style responsive, user-friendly interfaces within the MendixI platform, ensuring a polished and effective user experience.Develop and maintain backend REST services and business logic to support platform capabilities and agentic AI workflows.Contribute to the development of agentic AI components, including integration with frameworks such as LangChain, LangGraph, and LangSmith.Support development and deployment of cloud-based services and infrastructure on AWS, leveraging tools such as OpenSearch, SageMaker, Lambda, and SQS.Develop and maintain Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using tools such as Terraform, Packer, and Terragrunt.Collaborate with AI/ML engineers, architects, and product owners to translate requirements into scalable, production-ready solutionsSupport testing, debugging, and performance optimization of platform componentsMaintain documentation for system architecture, APIs, and development processes Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field and 2 years of experience. Masters and 0 years. 2–5 years of professional software development experienceExperience building front-end web applications using core web technologies: HTML, CSS, and JavaScriptExperience developing backend services and APIs, including RESTful service design and complex business logic implementation, using languages such as Python, Java, or NodeJSStrong problem-solving skills and ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative agile environmentPass CompTIA Security Plus Examination within 90 Days of EmploymentMust be a U.S. Citizen, no dual citizenshipCandidates must have the ability to get a secret clearance Preferred Qualifications Experience with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and ReactJS for building modern, component-based web applications. Familiarity with low-code development platforms, particularly Mendix (note: team training on Mendix is provided). Hands-on experience with Agentic AI frameworks such as LangChain, LangGraph, and/or LangSmith.
