I'm looking for talented Full Stack Software Engineers to join an ambitious and fast-growing technology business where innovation, collaboration, and engineering excellence are central to everything they do.

Working alongside Product Managers, Designers, Data specialists, and fellow Engineers, the successful candidate will play a key role in delivering high-quality software that supports both business growth and an exceptional customer experience
The Full Stack Software Engineers will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining modern web applications across both frontend and backend technologies.
They will contribute throughout the entire software development lifecycle, from shaping technical solutions and developing new features to deploying production-ready applications and continuously improving existing platforms

Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, and maintain scalable full stack applicationsBuild intuitive, reliable, and high-performing customer-facing featuresCollaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into technical solutionsContribute to software architecture, technical design, and continuous improvement initiativesOptimise application performance, scalability and maintainabilityParticipate in code reviews and champion engineering best practicesSupport and enhance CI/CD pipelines and deployment processesEvaluate emerging technologies and AI-assisted development tools to improve productivity and software qualityTake ownership of features from concept through to production
Essential Skills & Experience
Commercial experience developing full stack web applicationsStart-up experience & Fast paced environmentsStrong knowledge of TypeScript, JavaScript, React, Next.js, HT, ML and CSSExperience building backend services using Node.js frameworks such as NestJS or similarFamiliarity with RESTful APIs and relational databases, particularly PostgreSQLUnderstanding of modern software development practices, including Git, code reviews, automated testing and CI/CD.Excellent communication and collaboration skills.A proactive mindset with a genuine enthusiasm for continuous learning and adopting new technologies
Desirable
