About The Role
We build custom WordPress sites for businesses across the United States, the kind that are fast, well-designed, and built to last, not pulled off a template and patched together.
Good design, clean code, sensible SEO, and a genuinely smooth experience for the people using them.
We’re looking for someone senior to anchor that work: a developer who takes real ownership, sweats the details, and wants a hand in shaping how our web team builds.

Key Responsibilities
Turn Design (Figma & Mockup) into custom WordPress builds.Develop custom themes and reusable, well-structured components.Extend and customize existing themes without sacrificing performance or scalability.Work side by side with designers, project managers, and U.S.-based clients.Make sure every site holds up across screens and devices.Tune sites for Core Web Vitals, SEO, accessibility, and page speed.Integrate APIs, forms, CRMs, marketing tools, and other third-party services.Diagnose and improve sites that already exist.Mentor junior developers and help set our frontend standards.Push our WordPress practices and processes forward over time.
