Join us to take your career journey to the next level! #ProudlyCCI Job Identification We are looking for a Production Engineer to be a part of our Supply Chain located in Bishkek, Kyrgyzstan. What We Expect: Ensure increased production efficiency and labor productivity, reduce costs, optimize the use of production resources, and ensure that products comply with the company's applicable standards.Analyze the performance of production equipment, identify opportunities to reduce production cycle times and improve operational efficiency, uncover production reserves, and develop proposals for their utilization.Monitor the execution of production plans and take measures to ensure smooth and consistent operations, prevent and eliminate disruptions in the production process, maximize equipment utilization, and create favorable working conditions for production teams to achieve production targets.In collaboration with Quality Control personnel, inspect products and their quality, investigate the causes of defects and non-conformities, and develop and implement corrective actions to eliminate them.Ensure the accurate and timely maintenance of operators’ reports and logbooks. Participate in the development of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and equipment operating instructions. Qualifications: Minimum 3 years of relevant work experience.Higher education in a technical / engineering field (Bachelor’s degree or equivalent).English language proficiency at Upper Intermediate level or higher.
