Your Role As a Full Stack Developer, you will contribute to the development and continuous improvement of our SaaS platform. You will work closely with a multidisciplinary team to design and deliver high-performing, scalable solutions that meet our clients' needs. Key Responsibilities Design, develop, and deploy new features and enhancementsContribute to technical decisions and the evolution of our software architectureEnsure the quality, performance, security, and stability of our applicationsCollaborate with team members to identify and implement effective technical solutionsParticipate in sprint planning, task estimation, and Agile development processesConduct code reviews and contribute to knowledge sharing across the teamContribute to the continuous improvement of our development practices, tools, and CI/CD environmentLeverage artificial intelligence tools to increase productivity, improve development quality, and foster innovationStay current with emerging technologies and development best practices AI Use in Hiring As part of our hiring process, this role may use artificial intelligence or automated tools to assist in reviewing and screening applications. These tools support, but do not replace, human judgment in hiring decisions. Role Type This is a backfill position. Compensation The salary range for this role is CAD $85,000-$90,000. This range reflects the base salary only and does not include any other compensation components. Final offers are determined based on several factors, including, but not limited to, experience, skills, and location.
