We're looking for an Associate Software Engineer with hands-on Laravel experience to join our web development team.
You'll work on day-to-day development tasks, bug fixes, and feature implementation under the guidance of senior engineers, while building toward more ownership over time.
What You'll Do
Build and maintain features in LaravelFix bugs and handle assigned tickets in a timely mannerWrite clean, readable code following our team's existing conventionsCollaborate with senior developers, QA, and product on task clarification and testingParticipate in code reviews, both giving and receiving feedback
What We're Looking For
1+ year of hands-on experience with Laravel (PHP)Solid understanding of MVC architecture, Eloquent ORM, and RESTful APIsWorking knowledge of PostgreSQL and writing efficient queriesUnderstanding of Git for version controlFamiliarity with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript fundamentalsWillingness to learn, take feedback well, and grow within the teamGood communication and ability to ask for help when stuck, rather than staying blocked silently
