Full Stack Web Solutions Developer

Role Description Design, develop, deploy, and optimize scalable web applications and digital platforms that deliver reliable, secure, and high-performing user experiences across modern technology environments. This role is responsible for developing both front-end and back-end application components, designing APIs and data integrations, maintaining application architecture, and translating business and product requirements into production-ready digital solutions. The successful candidate will collaborate with product management, UX/UI design, software engineering, DevOps, cloud infrastructure, cybersecurity, quality assurance, data engineering, and cross-functional stakeholders throughout the software development lifecycle (SDLC). The role also involves responsive web development, API development, database design, cloud deployment, microservices, application performance optimization, automated testing, CI/CD, DevOps practices, artificial intelligence (AI) integrations, Generative AI-enabled features, observability, application security, technical documentation, and continuous improvements that increase platform reliability, development efficiency, scalability, maintainability, and customer experience. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, Information Systems, Computer Engineering, or a related technical field; equivalent professional software development experience may also be considered.Proven experience as a Full Stack Engineer, Web Solutions Developer, Digital Platform Developer, Full Stack Developer, Software Engineer, Web Application Developer, Platform Engineer, or a similar software development role.Strong understanding of front-end and back-end development, object-oriented programming, functional programming concepts, software architecture, RESTful APIs, web services, databases, authentication, application security, and modern software engineering practices.Strong front-end development experience with JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML5, CSS3, React, Next.js, Angular, Vue.js, or comparable modern frameworks and libraries.Strong back-end development experience using Node.js, Java, Spring Boot, Python, Django, FastAPI, C#, .NET, PHP, Laravel, Go, or comparable server-side technologies.Hands-on experience designing and integrating REST APIs, GraphQL services, microservices, third-party APIs, webhooks, authentication services, payment systems, and other application integrations.Experience with relational and NoSQL databases such as PostgreSQL, MySQL, Microsoft SQL Server, MongoDB, Redis, DynamoDB, or similar data technologies.Strong knowledge of cloud platforms including Amazon Web Services (AWS), Microsoft Azure, or Google Cloud Platform (GCP), with experience deploying and operating production web applications in cloud environments.Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, Git, GitHub, GitLab, Jenkins, GitHub Actions, CI/CD pipelines, Infrastructure as Code (IaC), and modern DevOps practices is highly desirable.Strong understanding of responsive design, cross-browser compatibility, web accessibility, search engine optimization (SEO), Core Web Vitals, caching, content delivery networks (CDNs), and application performance optimization.Experience implementing automated unit, integration, API, and end-to-end testing using frameworks such as Jest, Cypress, Playwright, Selenium, Pytest, JUnit, or equivalent testing technologies.Strong knowledge of application security principles including OAuth 2.0, OpenID Connect, JWT, role-based access control (RBAC), encryption, secure coding practices, vulnerability management, and OWASP security guidelines.Familiarity with artificial intelligence (AI), Generative AI, large language models (LLMs), AI APIs, retrieval-augmented generation (RAG), vector databases, intelligent search, conversational interfaces, and AI-enabled application development is highly desirable.Strong analytical, debugging, and problem-solving skills with the ability to diagnose application issues, optimize performance, improve code quality, evaluate technical trade-offs, and develop maintainable solutions.Excellent technical documentation, communication, and collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively with engineers, designers, product managers, QA specialists, DevOps teams, technical architects, and business stakeholders.Experience supporting SaaS, e-commerce, fintech, enterprise software, digital marketplaces, media platforms, telecommunications, professional services, or other high-traffic digital environments is highly desirable.A technically capable, product-focused, and results-oriented software engineering professional with a passion for modern web development, cloud technologies, AI, automation, scalable architecture, and continuous improvement to build reliable digital products and deliver sustainable long-term business value.
