Role Overview We are looking for an experienced technical leader to design, build, and maintain production-ready, large-scale data platforms and GenAI-powered applications. Job Title: Senior Software Engineer Location: Warsaw, Poland (3/4 days WFO Per Week) Duration: 1-year contract + Extension Key Responsibilities Develop, test, and deploy high-quality, production-ready code, libraries, and frameworks for reliable systems.Lead cross-team technical initiatives and drive best practices in data and AI architecture.Build and optimize distributed, large-scale data pipelines across modern cloud platforms.Design and implement Generative AI and ML-driven solutions and integrations. Required Qualifications & Skills Core Languages: Strong hands-on proficiency in Java and Python.Cloud & Infrastructure: Experience with Kubernetes and modern cloud-native architectures.Data Engineering: Proven background in distributed data processing using Spark, Snowflake, and Databricks.AI/ML Experience: 5+ years of experience with ML/GenAI applications, including frameworks like LangChain, LangGraph, and working with LLM integrations.
