DGSun Engineer

Role Summary MVW is seeking a seasoned DGSun Engineer with deep expertise in Basis International languages (Progression/5, Pro/5, BBj). The ideal candidate will have extensive experience building new features, handling integrations, and working in structured SDLC environments. Required Qualifications 10+ years recent development experience with Progression/5 (BBx, Pro/5) and BBj. Proven track record of actively developing new features (80%+ of time). Experience with system integrations (HTTP, XML, RPC). Ability to learn and adapt to custom codebases. Strong background in SDLC-based development. Hands-on experience with Microsoft SQL Server and SQL queries for troubleshooting. Optional / Plus Qualifications Industry experience in Hospitality / Vacation Ownership. Development experience enabling system-to-system integrations with Progression/5 and BBj. Unix/Linux shell scripting skills. Familiarity with other Business Basic variants (Thoroughbred BASIC, ProvideX/PxPlus, MAI OpenBasic). Exposure to logging platforms (Splunk, Dynatrace)
