Full-Stack Product Engineer – Onsite NYC – Competitive Salary + Equity + Opportunity to work with an Ambitious, Rapidly-Growing Start-Up This young, early-stage start-up in the preventative healthcare space are currently looking for an experienced Full-Stack Product Software Engineer to join their small team and help drive the business forwards. This could be an excellent opportunity for an experienced Full-Stack Engineer with an interest in the healthcare space to take that next step into an exciting position with a very well-run and ambitious organisation in an innovative, exciting space. This young and agile company are building cutting-edge Clinical AI platforms and utilizing Agentic AI to drive their software engineering and clinical physician principles. They are in a unique space where there is an opportunity for them to gain significant market share very quickly. About the Company: Seed-stage company, $7M seed round closed just this summer (2026). They are in the preventative healthcare space. They have members who gain access to healthcare monitoring and treatment with a view to preventing disease before it starts. • ~10 people currently This is early-stage. • You’ll own architecture, build the core platform, and set engineering standards from day one. • No legacy systems. No bureaucracy. About the Full-Stack Product Engineer Vacancy: • Build member health dashboards, AI chat experiences, and diagnostic interfaces • Ship production features end to end that turn genomics and biomarker data into clear insights—from idea to shipped, not just incremental improvements • Work directly with the founders to shape technical vision and architecture • Collaborate closely with design, no hand-offs—prototype together, ship together • Help define their engineering culture The engineering challenges are real: • Integrating complex biological datasets • Building a system that supports real-time personalized recommendations • Agentic AI workflows for care teams • High trust, high reliability, and high performance • Designing for consumer-grade UX while managing medical-level accuracy This role will appeal to engineers who want meaningful, technically deep work — not incremental SaaS.
