Make more of your potential. Your apprenticeship with us begins with LGT’s internal foundation year in Bendern. There, together with apprentices specialising in platform development, you will build your core IT knowledge and lay the foundation for everything that follows. In your second and third years, you will work in various departments — some fixed, others chosen according to your interests. This allows you to actively shape your training and discover which topics and technologies inspire you most. In your final year, you will once again have the opportunity to choose your preferred area, deepen your knowledge there, and complete your final project in that specialist field. For us, application development is about more than code and theory. It is about creative thinking, developing solutions, working as part of a team, trying out new ideas, and learning something new every day. In addition, you will benefit from LGT’s internal foundation year, apprentice meetings, training camps, and many opportunities to continue developing during and after your apprenticeship. Your profile You are curious, motivated, and eager to truly understand technology. You are interested in computers and digital solutions, enjoy logical thinking, and want to play an active role in developing new ideas. If you also have good grades at Realschule in Liechtenstein or Sekundarschule in Switzerland — especially in mathematics-related subjects — and enjoy learning new things and helping to shape the future, you should definitely apply.
