We are currently seeking an experienced and collaborative Software Engineers to join our Product Engineering team. In this role, you will focus on building high-throughput backend services and always-on systems that prioritize reliability, security, and performance. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams across Product Management, Engineering, and Site Reliability to design, develop, and maintain resilient applications while continuously improving system scalability, observability, and operational excellence. Responsibilities Design, build, and maintain high-availability backend services that meet reliability and performance goals.Collaborate with Product Management, Engineering, and Site Reliability teams to deliver scalable and resilient solutions.Participate in a shared on-call rotation and contribute to incident response, focusing on continuous improvement and prevention.Build and enhance observability through metrics, logs, traces, dashboards, and alerts using modern monitoring tools.Deploy, manage, and maintain services in Kubernetes environments.Troubleshoot and resolve production issues to improve system resilience and reliability.Review code, identify opportunities for improvement, and help reduce technical debt.Design scalable architectures and efficient data processing solutions.Contribute to a collaborative culture by sharing knowledge and supporting team members.Research emerging technologies and evaluate their adoption to strengthen enterprise systems.Apply modern engineering practices, including Agile methodologies, CI/CD pipelines, and DevOps principles. Technology Requirements Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field.4+ years of experience in software development.Expertise in C# and .NET Core with deep understanding of object-oriented programming principles and design patterns.Experience working in modern private cloud-based environments and distributed systems.Experience building or supporting high-throughput, reliable backend services.Experience working with messaging and queuing systems such as Kafka, AMQ, or similar platforms.Experience with relational databases (e.g., Microsoft SQL Server), including query and index optimization.Familiarity with observability practices, including metrics, logging, tracing, dashboards, and alerting.Experience deploying and managing applications in Kubernetes environments.Familiarity with Linux-based systems.Strong understanding of modern software development practices, Agile methodologies, CI/CD, and DevOps principles.Ability to read, understand, review, and improve code.Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills. Bonus Expertise Proficiency in Java or similar backend technologies.Contributions to open-source projects or participation in technical communities.Experience working in compliance, data governance, or other regulated environments.Experience using AI-assisted development tools such as GitHub Copilot, Windsurf, Claude Code, or similar tools to improve developer productivity. * Remuneration to match your skills and experience, and will not be a constraint for deserving candidates.
