About The Role We are looking for a Senior Software Engineer to join our Engineering Platform team, where you will help build the cloud-native backbone that powers Relativity’s development ecosystem. You will work on high-impact initiatives that shape how our engineers build, test, deploy, and scale software—driving technical excellence across the company. Job Description And Requirements WHAT YOU’LL DO Design, build, and operate scalable, secure, and reliable platform services and developer tooling using .NET and Microsoft AzureLead the development of Infrastructure as Code (IaC) components to automate and standardize cloud infrastructureDrive adoption of DevOps practices and CI/CD automation across engineering teamsCollaborate with internal stakeholders to build reusable capabilities that improve development speed and consistencyIntegrate observability, performance monitoring, and self-service tooling into the platform ecosystemMentor and support engineers through code reviews, technical discussions, and knowledge sharingProactively identify improvement areas, experiment with solutions, and deliver results with a bias toward actionContribute to initiatives that embed AI/ML into platform services and developer workflows Required WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR 5+ years of software development experience with strong expertise in C# and the .NET ecosystemDeep hands-on experience with Azure services and cloud-native application patternsProficiency with Infrastructure as Code tools such as Terraform, Bicep, or ARM templatesExperience building or supporting CI/CD systems and modern DevOps pipelinesFamiliarity with containers and orchestration tools such as Docker, Kubernetes, or AKSDemonstrated success working in Agile teams and collaborating cross-functionallyStrong problem-solving, communication, and mentorship skills Preferred Exposure to AI/ML tools or interest in applying AI to platform and engineering challenges WHY WE COULD BE A GREAT FIT Impactful Mission Build systems that help customers organize data, discover the truth, and act on it in high-stakes legal matters. This position is eligible for total compensation which includes a competitive base salary, an annual performance bonus, and long-term incentives. The expected salary range for this role is between following values: 208 000 and 312 000PLN The final offered salary will be based on several factors, including but not limited to the candidate's depth of experience, skill set, qualifications, and internal pay equity. Hiring at the top end of the range would not be typical, to allow for future meaningful salary growth in this position.
