About This Role:
As a Software Engineer, you will join our engineering team to build product features
across backend, frontend, or full-stack applications.
Depending on your project, you
may work with Java, Spring Boot microservices, TypeScript, React, and AWS.
You'll
gain hands-on experience developing production systems, improving performance and
scalability, and collaborating with experienced engineers in a fast-paced fintech
environment.
Core Responsibilities:
β Contribute to the development of backend, frontend, or full-stack applications
using technologies such as Java, Spring Boot, TypeScript, React, and AWS,
while supporting integration across distributed systems.
β Write clean, testable, and efficient code following team standards and
guidance from mentors.
β Participate in code reviews, sprint planning, and daily standups to learn agile
engineering practices.
β Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including DevOps, QA, and Product, to
ensure smooth deployment and operation of services.
β Research and propose ways to improve system reliability and developer
productivity during the replatform effort.
Preferred Skills/Experience:
β Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a
related technical field.
β Proficiency in Java with a solid understanding of object-oriented programming
and design principles.
β Hands-on experience with Java Spring Boot for developing large-scale
microservices, including integration with middleware and infrastructure
components such as Redis, Kafka, MySQL, and job scheduler, etc.
β Fullstack experience with TypeScript, React, or other modern web development
frameworks is a strong plus.
