You'll join a high-calibre engineering team building greenfield products used by enterprise customers. The Role Build and ship full-stack products using Python, React and TypeScript.Own features end-to-end, from concept through production.Develop scalable APIs, backend services, integrations and data pipelines.Build AI-powered features using LLM APIs and AI agents.Work closely with Product, Design and Engineering to shape the product.Solve complex technical challenges with pragmatic, scalable solutions. Tech Stack Python | FastAPI / Django | React | TypeScript | PostgreSQL | Docker | Kubernetes | LLM APIs | AI Agents What We're Looking For Strong commercial experience with Python + React.Experience building products from the ground up in a startup/scale-up.Strong backend and API development experience with FastAPI, Django or similar.Product-focused, hands-on engineer who takes ownership.Comfortable working autonomously in a fast-paced environment.AI experience is a plus, but not essential — genuine interest in AI is highly valued.FinTech/InsurTech experience is advantageous.Strong communication and collaboration skills.Strong academic background in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, AI, Data Science or STEM; Master's/PhD from a leading university is highly desirable.
