The Engineering Team Lead – DevOps & Platform plays a pivotal role in managing Zertificon Operational Services (ZOS) platforms and environments where Zertificon products are developed, tested and run. The role ensures infrastructure health and security to guarantee smooth and uninterrupted development on our various stages. This role contributes to risk mitigation ensuring operational resilience and strengthening the company through: Support team in migration from docker swarm to kubernetesMentor and lead team of 4-6 DevOps engineers Your tasks Infrastructure & Automation Lead design, building and maintenance of automated IT infrastructure (on-premise & cloud)Identify and solve internal customer needs with infrastructure, tooling and self-serviceDevelop and extend CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins, Ansible and TerraformMonitoring & Maintenance Manage monitoring solutions (Prometheus, Grafana) and strategically plan alertingPlan and schedule maintenance of infrastructure with a regard to stakeholder needsContainerization & Cloud Manage, troubleshoot and automate container orchestration (Kubernetes, Docker Swarm)Experience with cloud providers (Azure, AWS, Google Cloud) is a plusLeadership & Collaboration Lead the team in building and troubleshooting orchestration platformsLead the team in development, and improvement of their skillsRegularly Review pull requests for code qualityCommunicate updates, progress and challenges to stakeholders, ensuring timely delivery Your profile Leadership experience and mentoring abilitiesBroad experience with container technologies (images, registries, volumes, networks)Ability to manage multiple priorities and effectively communicate with stakeholdersProven experience with Kubernetes cluster configuration and managementStrong understanding of Ansible and TerraformStrong understanding of Jenkins CI/CD pipelines and GitSolid understanding of InfoSec principles (TLS, certificates)Excellent English language skills (C1-Level) Join us to shape, secure and scale Zertificon’s platforms while leading a team into the future of DevOps and cloud.
