THE ROLE
We are looking for a hands-on Senior Full-Stack Engineer to take ownership across our web application, mobile experience, backend services and AI-enabled capabilities.
You will write production code, ship end-to-end features, review pull requests, make pragmatic engineering decisions and contribute to the reliability of a product used by customers every day.
This is a full-time, permanent and fully on-site role in Hampton, Melbourne.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
Build and maintain web applications using Next.js, React and TypeScriptDevelop and ship mobile functionality using React Native and Expo for iOS and AndroidDeliver full-stack features across user interfaces, backend services, APIs, databases and integrationsBuild and improve AI-enabled product features using LLMs, structured outputs, prompt design and evaluation practicesContribute to voice-agent and conversational-AI capabilities, including telephony, real-time audio and voice workflowsDesign and maintain reliable data models, APIs, authentication and access-control patternsMaintain production quality through testing, code review, monitoring, debugging and incident responseWork with product and leadership to turn customer needs into well-scoped, high-quality releasesHelp strengthen engineering standards, documentation and practical AI-assisted development workflows
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
Essential experience
5–8 years of commercial full-stack software-development experienceStrong production experience with TypeScript, React and Next.jsExperience building and shipping production applications using Node.js and relational databases, preferably PostgreSQLExperience with React Native and Expo, including at least one shipped iOS or Android applicationExperience delivering consumer or B2B software used by real customersExperience integrating LLMs or AI capabilities into production workflowsPractical experience with AI-assisted engineering tools such as Claude Code, Cursor, Aider or equivalentExperience with cloud-hosted production systems, CI/CD, monitoring and debuggingAbility to work independently, own technical outcomes and collaborate through substantive code reviewAvailability to work full-time and on-site in Hampton, Melbourne
