Job Description:
The mission aims to strengthen DevOps capabilities to ensure platform reliability, scalability, and automation.
This role is responsible for maintaining and continuously improving CI/CD pipelines with Git, managing Docker/Kubernetes container environments, and provisioning Infrastructure as Code using Terraform.
Key Responsibilities:
Pipelines & Automation: Maintain and enhance CI/CD pipelines using Git-based ecosystems (GitHub Actions, GitLab) and implement GitOps practices using tools such as ArgoCD or FluxCD, including Helm-based deployments.Infrastructure & Containers: Manage Azure cloud infrastructure (AKS, storage, and networking), defining and maintaining Infrastructure as Code via Terraform.
Manage containerized environments (Docker, Kubernetes) to ensure platform resilience and scalability.Security & Repositories: Integrate security best practices (DevSecOps), including secrets management tools like HashiCorp Vault, as well as managing and optimizing artifact repositories (Artifactory, NuGet).Observability & Operational Support: Implement monitoring, alerting, and logging to improve system visibility.
Support incident resolution, ensure system updates to maintain production stability, and participate in performance, load, and stress testing.Collaboration: Collaborate closely with backend and mobile teams.
Requirements:
Strong experience in DevOps, Cloud, or SRE roles (open to Junior through Senior levels).Hands-on expertise in CI/CD, GitOps practices, and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).Experience with Cloud platforms, preferably Microsoft Azure (AKS, storage, networking).Experience with Infrastructure as Code (Terraform) and deployment automation.Knowledge of observability, monitoring, logging, and incident management practices.Familiarity with distributed architectures, APIs, backend services, and testing strategies (integration, load, and stress).Proactive mindset toward integrating Artificial Intelligence into CI/CD pipelines, infrastructure management, and platform automation practices.Proficiency in English for daily workplace communication.
Net Salary: €1,500 – €2,600 net per month (depending on demonstrated seniority).
