Software Engineer, TypeScript Web & Mobile

Our software engineering team consists of approximately 25 professionals across Zurich and Windhoek, who contribute significantly to the development of our digital products. The team in Windhoek focuses on software, quality, and data engineering, working closely with our colleagues in Switzerland as an integral part of our technology organization. To complement our team in Windhoek, we are looking for a motivated individual to join us immediately or by arrangement as Software Engineer - TypeScript (Web & Mobile) (m/f) 100% Your tasks: You are interested in: Building and integrating new digital products across NZZ's web and mobile ecosystem Writing clean, performant TypeScript across the full frontend stack Working on paywall, login, and personalization flows that connect to NZZ's core systems You will: Develop and integrate features across web and React Native mobile applications Connect to systems such as Piano, MoEngage, and Purchasely Ensure code quality, performance, and accessibility Collaborate with design and backend teams on new product concepts Your profile: 2+ years of professional experience in TypeScript-based development Strong React fundamentals; React Native experience is a plus Familiarity with state management (Redux, Zustand) and testing (Jest, React Testing Library) Experience integrating third-party SDKs and APIs Fluent in English and comfortable working cross-functionally Your next step: Are you interested?
