As a Software Developer for Elisa Oyj in Iași/Cluj, Romania, you will play a key role in developing and operating innovative solutions that automate the resolution of critical customer support incidents. Working within Service Desk Automation, AI-Assisted Support, DevOps, and Monitoring, you will help support operations by leveraging AI, cloud technologies, and automation to reduce manual effort, accelerate ticket resolution, and improve service quality. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to the delivery of end-to-end technology services across cloud, hybrid, and on-premises environments, supporting critical telecommunications networks, platforms, and digital services. What You Will Do Develop and operate a new solution that automates the investigation and resolution of critical support tickets.Collect and analyze incident data to identify possible causes and support faster resolution.Manage infrastructure, DevOps, deployment, monitoring, and maintenance activities related to the solution.Continuously develop new use cases and features to enhance the solution's capabilities.Reduce manual work, support costs, and SLA-related risks through automation and continuous improvement.What We’re Looking For Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or equivalent professional experience.Minimum of 5 years of software development experience.Strong experience developing applications and solutions using Java.Hands-on experience with cloud platforms, including AWS and Microsoft Azure.Experience with infrastructure automation and Infrastructure as Code concepts.Knowledge of containerization technologies and platforms such as Docker and OpenShift.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues.Experience working with monitoring, operational support, and incident management processes.Excellent communication and collaboration skills.Technical /Non-Technical Background & Skills Experience with Terraform for infrastructure provisioning and management.Knowledge of Azure Fabric, Microsoft Intune, and Microsoft Entra ID.Experience working with ServiceNow and IT service management environments.Familiarity with AI technologies, including OpenAI solutions, GitHub Copilot, and AI-driven support capabilities.Understanding of Service Desk automation, incident investigation, and support optimization practices.What We Offer An open team atmosphere and extensive tailor-made onboarding.Working in a stable company that operates in a dynamic and complex industry.Pleasant, modern, and international working environment and flexible working hours for a better balance between work, family, and leisure time.
