About The Role:As a Supply Chain Coordinator, you'll ensure that production receives the right products, on time, in full and with the correct quality.
You'll handle ad-hoc issues and communicate them clearly with stakeholders.
You'll collaborate continuously to optimize processes and take a long-term approach to challenges.
Your focus will be on minimizing waste, resolving issues, and ensuring customers get exactly what they ordered — leaving them happier than ever.
What You Will Be Doing:
Monitoring inventory levels and production demands from a strategic standpoint.
Resolving ad-hoc OTIFIQ deviations and serving as the primary point of contact for supplier communication throughout the week.
A quick thinker, you adapt easily and are always ready with effective solutions.
Collaborating with cross-functional teams - procurement, production, warehouse, product, and FSQA - to ensure alignment on agreements, updates, and exceptions.
A multitasking expert, skilled at switching between communication platforms (email, phone, Slack etc.), with a keen ability to prioritize and perform well under pressure.
Focused on minimizing waste by closely monitoring delivery details (such as BBD, oversupply, etc.) throughout the week, identifying root causes, and implementing future-proof adjustments.
Managing errors to minimize customer impact, while ensuring thorough follow-up on communication and compensation when necessary.
Reporting on supplier performance by gathering and analyzing feedback related to process compliance and overall supplier effectiveness.
Actively engaging in team meetings, sharing valuable insights, and encouraging best practices.
Continuously working on optimizing processes and implementing sustainable, long-term solutions.
Who You Are:
1+ years of experience in supply chain preferably in the food sector and/or from a production company.
You’re a fixer who likes a challenge, and want to proactively solve complicated puzzles
Supply Chain, Business/Management study or related fields is a plus
A strong continuous improvement mindset - you simply can’t help it
Strong quantitative and analytical experience, including expertise with WMS and/or ERP systems, Excel, Tableau etc
Analytical and a problem-solving expert who uses data to drive decisions
Proactive, ambitious, and assertive: you take ownership of your work and think beyond the scope of a given assignment
Entrepreneurial with a proven track record of ‘getting things done’
Excited to work in a fast-paced environment with constant change and limited direction
Comfortable solving problems and making quick decisions on the go
