Experience : 5 - 15 Years Keyskills Required JavaScriptReact.jsNode.jsFullstack experienceKubernetes experience:on-premises infrastructure experienceCloud to on-premise migration experienceAnsiblePrometheus/Grafana/ELK/Loki P-119901 Full-Stack Engineer - On-Premises Platform Full-Stack Engineer - On-Premises Platform DESCRIPTION This position is responsible for leading the migration of production services from cloud infrastructure to a self-hosted onpremises environment, and for the ongoing development and operation of those services afterward. You will own the complete path from code to the data center - assessing and re-architecting existing workloads, building and hardening the target platform, and incorporating production readiness, high availability, and disaster recovery from the beginning. If you are our Full-Stack Engineer, you will have a chance to:  Assess existing cloud-hosted services, dependencies, data, and traffic patterns, and produce a structured migration plan with milestones and rollback strategies.  Design and build the on-premises platform, including virtualization, Kubernetes, networking, storage, and backups.  Execute migrations using parallel-run validation and controlled cut-over, then decommission cloud resources cleanly.  Design and implement high-availability and disaster-recovery solutions aligned with defined availability, RTO, and RPO requirements.  Develop full-stack enhancements and programming changes as the platform evolves after migration.  Write and execute testing plans, protocols, and documentation; identify, debug, and resolve code and integration issues.  Collaborate in an agile software team and communicate migration status, project progress, and issue resolution. QUALIFICATIONS Bachelor's or master's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent. The candidate should have in-depth proficiency in software programming and meet the requirements below. 1. 5+ years of full-stack development experience, with working knowledge of JavaScript, React.js, and Node.js. 2. Substantial hands-on on-premises infrastructure experience, including virtualization (VMware / Proxmox / KVM); Docker and self-hosted Kubernetes; TCP/IP, DNS, TLS, routing, firewalls, load balancing, and reverse proxies; and Linux administration and shell scripting. 3. Proven experience migrating workloads from AWS, GCP, or Azure to on-premises environments, including service rearchitecture and cut-over planning. 4. Production experience designing and operating high-availability systems and disaster-recovery solutions, including load balancing, failover, and multi-node clusters. 5. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. 6. Business-level English proficiency for daily written and verbal collaboration with international teammates. PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS  Infrastructure as Code and automation experience with Ansible and/or Terraform.  Monitoring and logging experience with Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, and/or Loki
