Job Title: Software Developer, IBM BAW
Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly experienced Software Developer specializing in IBM Business Automation Workflow (BAW) and enterprise workflow platforms.
The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, enhancing, and supporting workflow and case management solutions using IBM BAW/BPM, FileNet, Java, JavaScript Dojo, SQL, and Oracle.
The role requires strong technical expertise in enterprise application development, workflow automation, document management, and database integration within an open systems environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Design, develop, enhance, and maintain enterprise workflow applications using IBM Business Automation Workflow (BAW)/BPM.
Develop and configure workflow, business process, and case management solutions based on business and technical requirements.
Work extensively with IBM BPM/Case Manager and IBM FileNet platforms.
Develop and maintain Java-based application components and integrations.
Develop and customize user interfaces using JavaScript and Dojo.
Design and implement integrations between workflow applications, FileNet, databases, and other enterprise systems.
Develop complex SQL queries, stored procedures, and database-related solutions using Oracle.
Perform application troubleshooting, root-cause analysis, and production support for workflow applications.
Analyze technical requirements and translate them into scalable and maintainable solutions.
Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to development standards and best practices.
Perform unit testing, system integration testing, defect resolution, and deployment activities.

Strong hands-on experience with IBM Business Automation Workflow (BAW)/IBM BPM.

Strong programming experience in Java.
