What we are looking for:
Several years of experience in DevOps or infrastructure-related roles, with the ability to design, operate, and evolve Kubernetes-based platforms at scaleAt least 1+ year of hands-on daily production experience with Kubernetes, including cluster lifecycle management, ingress controllers, service meshes, and cert-managerExperience writing and maintaining Helm charts or Kustomize configurationsHands-on experience with OKD or OpenShiftStrong experience with Terraform and Helm for platform automation and configuration managementProven experience designing and operating CI/CD pipelines and GitOps workflows, ideally with ArgoCDProficiency in Go, Python, or Bash for automation workflows and platform toolingStrong knowledge of Prometheus, Grafana, and OpenTelemetry, including experience designing and implementing SLI/SLO frameworks for distributed systemsFamiliarity with security standards, platform security best practices, and integrating compliance requirements into platform architecturesExperience collaborating across cross-functional teams, mentoring colleagues, and contributing to technical growth and infrastructure roadmapsStrong communication and presentation skills, with a structured, self-directed, and reliable working styleComfortable working in multinational teamsVery good written and verbal communication skills in English
