Must-Have
3+ years of experience as a DevOps Engineer or SRE Strong hands-on experience with Kubernetes, including RBAC, Ingress, networking, and storage Hands-on experience with GitOps practices using ArgoCD and/or FluxCD Experience with Helm and Kustomize Experience configuring and maintaining CI/CD pipelines (e.g.
GitLab CI, Gitea CI) Good knowledge of Docker and Linux environments Scripting skills using Bash, Python and/or Go Experience with monitoring solutions such as Prometheus and Grafana Experience supporting reliable, highly available infrastructure and deployment environments Ability to collaborate with development, operations, and delivery teams
