What we’re looking for :
Experience & Technical Skills3+ years of professional software development experience, with a strong focus on backend development.Strong proficiency in modern web development technologies, including Python, Django, React, Node.js, or equivalent frameworks.Hands-on experience building APIs, microservices, integrations, data workflows, and automation solutions.Strong understanding of third-party API integrations and connecting disparate tools and systems into unified workflows.
AI & Modern DevelopmentHands-on experience implementing Agentic AI, LLM integrations, and AI orchestration frameworks.Highly proficient with AI-assisted development tools such as Cursor, Claude Code, or equivalent, to accelerate development and delivery.
Delivery & ArchitectureAbility to move quickly from concept to production, including delivering rapid 3–4 week MVPs.Comfortable balancing fast-paced MVP development with scalable, long-term architecture and technical projects.
Consulting & CollaborationStrong client-facing and consulting skills, with the ability to translate business needs and complex workflows into clear technical requirements and solutions.Autonomous, curious, resourceful, and comfortable working in a fast-moving, evolving environment.
