My prestigious financial service client is seeking an experienced C# / .NET Developer to design, develop and support high-performance applications across Risk Management and/or Securities Lending platforms. You will work closely with quants, risk managers, business analysts and product owners to deliver scalable solutions in a regulated financial-services environment. What you'll do: Design, develop, and maintain C# / .NET applications supporting Risk or Securities Lending platformsDesign and integrate RESTful APIsBuild scalable, testable and maintainable solutionsSupport risk, exposure, limits and reporting workflowsWork with large data sets and high-throughput systemsParticipate in technical design, code reviews and production supportCollaborate with Risk, Front Office, Operations and Compliance teamsWhat you'll bring: Strong C# and modern .NET experienceExcellent OOP and software-design skillsExperience with REST APIs, JSON and SQL databasesExperience with cloud platforms (Azure / AWS)Hands on with messaging technologies (e.g. Kafka)Experience in front to back trading or financing systemsFamiliarity with Agile / Scrum delivery methodologiesExposure to risk and regulatory methodologies such as: RWA (Risk Weighted Assets); CCAR or Basel III / Basel IV frameworks are highly beneficial Robert Walters Operations Limited is an employment business and employment agency and welcomes applications from all candidates
