Location: Oslo (NO) Language: Norwegian and English Workload: Full-time Assignment Description Are you an experienced C++ Developer looking for an opportunity to work on challenging software development projects? This role offers the opportunity to contribute to the development, optimization, and maintenance of robust and high-quality software solutions using C++. You will work in a professional and technically strong development environment in Oslo, collaborating with experienced developers and multidisciplinary teams to design, develop, test, and improve software solutions. Job Responsibilities Design, develop, and maintain software using C++Develop clean, efficient, and maintainable codeApply object-oriented programming and sound software design principlesAnalyze technical requirements and translate them into effective software solutionsDebug, troubleshoot, and resolve complex software issuesOptimize software performance, reliability, and maintainabilityParticipate in code reviews and technical discussionsDevelop and maintain software documentationPerform software testing and support verification and validation activitiesCollaborate with developers and multidisciplinary engineering teamsContribute to continuous improvement of software development processes and practices Requirements BSc or MSc in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related disciplineMinimum 6 years of professional experience in C++ developmentStrong hands-on experience with C++Solid understanding of object-oriented programming (OOP) and software design principlesExperience developing and maintaining complex software applicationsGood understanding of software architecture and designExperience with debugging, testing, and troubleshootingExperience with version control systems, preferably GitExperience working in Linux/Unix environments is relevantStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsAbility to work independently and within a multidisciplinary teamProactive and solution-oriented mindsetGood communication skills in Norwegian and English About Sperton Sperton Norway is a consulting firm with offices across Europe, Asia, and the Americas.
