Who You Are You have: 2-5 years of experience at hyper-growth startups and/or leading big tech companies A CS degree from a top university Strong product sense High degree of ownership and the ability to operate autonomously WHY YOU SHOULD JOIN Growth: Our engineers drive the company. You will be expected to quickly take ownership of critical projects and ramp up to own entire products or customers. Impact: A lot of AI tools have trouble showing real impact. What You’ll Do Develop novel AI products, providing customers with entirely new workflows. Work directly with customers to understand needs, prioritize requests, and translate them into technical solutions. Lead by example through mentoring future hires, pairing, and code reviews. You'll shape our engineering culture. You're excited to work in-person, talk to customers, and drive the development of the next frontier of AI tools. The compensation for this position is determined by multiple factors, including prior experience and expertise. A competitive equity component will also be offered as part of the package.
