Software Integration Engineer

About the Company We are seeking a Software Integration Engineer to serve as a critical bridge between our internal software development teams and key third-party technology partners. This individual will support API integrations, troubleshoot technical issues, coordinate with external SaaS providers, and help ensure the successful operation of business-critical restaurant technology platforms. The ideal candidate combines strong technical skills in JavaScript/TypeScript with exceptional communication abilities. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys solving technical problems, coordinating across teams, and driving issues to resolution while working alongside senior engineering leadership. Responsibilities Serve as the primary technical liaison between internal software teams and third-party SaaS providers.Manage and track support tickets with external technology vendors.Follow up on open issues and drive timely resolution.Coordinate testing efforts and procure test data required for troubleshooting and validation.Support API integrations and investigate integration-related issues.Assist with JavaScript and TypeScript development tasks and enhancements.Work closely with Principal Engineers on system improvements, troubleshooting, and integration initiatives.Document technical processes, vendor interactions, and issue resolutions.Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Operations, and external vendors to ensure successful delivery of projects.Monitor integration health and identify opportunities for process improvement. Qualifications 3–5+ years of professional software engineering experience.Strong experience with JavaScript and TypeScript.Experience working with REST APIs and integration troubleshooting.Experience supporting or managing tickets with third-party SaaS vendors.Strong understanding of software development lifecycle and debugging practices.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Ability to coordinate across technical and non-technical stakeholders.Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.Ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
