As a Digital Employee eXperience (DEX) Specialist, you'll help them get the most value from technology through communication, learning, adoption, and employee engagement.This is a varied and hands-on junior role where no two days are the same.
One day you might be delivering a training session, the next creating communication content, exploring new Microsoft capabilities, supporting a pilot, or helping colleagues solve workplace challenges.You don't need to be a technical expert, but you are eager to learn, curious about new technology, and enjoy helping others get the most value from it.
You'll contribute to communication, learning, adoption, community engagement, change management, and continuous improvement initiatives while building your expertise in the digital workplace of the future.What you are going to doCreate and maintain articles, user guides, learning materials, FAQs, presentations, and communication contentDeliver onboarding sessions, workshops, webinars, and training courses that help colleagues get more value from Microsoft 365 and Digital Workplace servicesSupport colleagues with questions about Microsoft 365, including Teams, Outlook, OneDrive, SharePoint, and CopilotResearch new Microsoft capabilities, AI innovations, and workplace trends, and translate them into practical recommendations, communications, and learning contentSupport the rollout and adoption of new workplace services, features, pilots, and improvementsBuild and maintain communities such as Office Café through content creation, engagement, and knowledge sharingCollaborate with stakeholders across IT and the business, gather employee feedback, and help translate insights into meaningful improvementsWhat we offer youNN Group invests in an inclusive and inspiring work environment, with benefits that support your development and well-being:Salary depending on your knowledge and experience between €3,364 and €4,485 gross for 36 hours a week13th month and holiday allowance paid with your monthly salary27 vacation days for a 5-day working week and three Diversity DaysA modern pension administered by BeFrankPlenty of training and learning opportunitiesNS Business Card 2nd class, which gives you unlimited travel, also privately.
