We are looking for a skilled Pega Developer to join our integration and platform engineering team.
In this role you will design, develop, and maintain integration solutions on a low-code platform, working closely with architects, senior developers, and business stakeholders to deliver reliable, scalable services.
You will take full ownership of assigned integrations from initial analysis through to production delivery, applying modern DevOps practices and continuously contributing to team standards.
What you will do
Design, develop, test, and deploy solutions on the Pega platform
Take ownership of assigned functionalities from analysis through production delivery
Participate in technical and functional solution design discussions
Support testing activities, investigate defects, and implement improvements
Maintain and enhance existing applications and integrations
Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and identify root causes
Collaborate with cross-functional and international teams
Contribute to development standards, documentation, and continuous improvement initiatives
What we are looking for
2+ years of hands-on experience with the Pega platform
Experience with REST and SOAP services
Good understanding of SQL and data modeling concepts
Familiarity with XML technologies such as XSD, XSLT, XPath, and XQuery
Experience working in Agile environments (Scrum/Kanban)
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Good communication skills and ability to work independently
English proficiency (B2 or higher)
Nice to have
Experience with CI/CD pipelines, Git, and DevOps practices
Knowledge of automated testing frameworks
Experience with Pega integration capabilities and patterns
Interest or experience in applying GenAI tools in daily work
