Working independently in the field, you'll combine technical expertise with excellent customer service to deliver a first-class experience. Key Responsibilities Carry out second-line break-fix repairs and preventative maintenance across our ATM estate, including Triton, NCR and Wincor machinesDiagnose faults and resolve technical issues efficiently and safelyDeliver high levels of customer service during every site visitWork closely with customers to minimise downtime and maintain service performanceAccurately record repairs, parts usage, and service activityComplete quality checks to ensure repairs meet company standardsParticipate in ongoing technical and professional development trainingEnsure compliance with company procedures, health & safety standards, and security protocols About You We're looking for someone who is technically capable, customer-focused, and motivated to get things right first time.
