What You'll Be Working On
Developing high-load ML services in Python using gRPC.Integrating ML models developed by Data Scientists, including feature preparation, APIs, and services.Optimizing inference: batching, ONNX, latency reduction, and profiling.Developing data pipelines using Airflow/DAGs for daily model updates.Ensuring service stability through monitoring with Prometheus, logging, and alerts.Working with features using ClickHouse, MySQL, Redis, and S3 as a feature store.Collaborating with backend and DevOps teams.
Our Stack
Languages and libraries: Python, PyTorch, CatBoost, NumPy, Pandas, Polars, CuDF, CuPy.Infrastructure and deployment: Kubernetes, Docker, Airflow, Triton Inference Server.Data storage: ClickHouse, MySQL.
What We Expect From You
Strong Python skills, including asyncio, typing, and service architecture.Experience developing backend services.Basic understanding of ML models.Experience integrating models into production.Understanding of containerization with Docker, as well as experience working with APIs and databases.
Nice To Have
Experience with ONNX, Triton, Airflow, or ClickHouse.
