With a strong reputation in ServiceNow, IT Service Management, digital transformation and technology consulting, they partner with major organisations to deliver mission-critical business and technology outcomes. Due to continued growth and project demand, they are seeking an experienced ServiceNow Developer with an active NV1 Security Clearance to support high-profile Defence and Government customers. About the Role This is a hands-on development role within a mature ServiceNow practice supporting enterprise-scale implementations, enhancements, integrations and platform optimisation initiatives. You will work alongside architects, consultants, technical leads and project delivery teams to design, build and enhance ServiceNow solutions that improve operational performance and user experience. Key responsibilities include: Developing and configuring ServiceNow applications and workflowsDesigning and building integrations using REST, SOAP and API technologiesCustomising modules across the ServiceNow platformDeveloping catalog items, business rules, client scripts, UI policies and workflow automationSupporting platform upgrades, enhancements and ongoing optimisationWorking directly with customers and stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutionsContributing to development standards, governance and platform best practiceSupporting delivery across Defence and Government transformation programs The Successful Candidate You will bring: Active NV1 Security Clearance (mandatory)6+ years' ServiceNow development experienceStrong experience configuring and developing on the ServiceNow platformProven integrations experience using REST, SOAP and APIsExperience developing business rules, client scripts, script includes, workflows and service cataloguesStrong understanding of ITSM processes and ServiceNow best practiceExperience working within Agile delivery environmentsExcellent communication and stakeholder engagement skillsServiceNow certifications such as CSA, CAD or CIS highly regarded Experience across any of the following will be advantageous: ITSMITOMHRSDCSMSPMCMDBService PortalDiscoveryDefence or Federal Government environments What's on offer?
