Purchasing Support Admin - International Fleet

Job DescriptionOur Purchasing team organizes the acquisition of hundreds of thousands of vehicles every year for innovative mobility products such as car rental, subscription, and car sharing. As a Purchasing Support Admin (m/f/d) at SIXT you will be the organizational backbone of the team, handling contract data, fleet information, and holding cost calculations with precision. YOUR ROLE AT SIXT You calculate and maintain fleet holding cost calculations in our systems You act as the first internal contact person for all data relating to our vehicles and handle various operational issues in day-to-day business You manage the contract lifecycle, including drafting, updating, and maintaining contract review documents as well as amendments You review contract documents and assess holding cost calculations against them You evaluate AI-extracted contract data and support prompt optimization to improve data extraction qualitYOUR SKILLS MATTER Education You have completed a degree in Business Management or a vocational training in the commercial or automotive sector and bring relevant professional experience Languages You are fluent in English (mandatory) with additional languages being a plus, French and/or Spanish Motivation You enjoy working in a fast-paced environment and demonstrate a hands-on mentality without losing sight of the details Hard Skills You thrive when taking care of all the details of our vehicles with great accuracy and ensuring data consistency Tools You have strong Excel and Word skills and are comfortable navigating multiple digital systems Curiosity You are eager to explore and work with AI-driven tools and processes WHAT WE OFFER The SIXT Lisbon Experience Two of Lisbon's most exciting hubs — Factory Lisboa in Beato and ARTs Lisboa in Parque das Nações — are where you'll find your new home base.
