About the job BWC is looking for a Python/React Development Service for its client in Brussels, Belgium. It's a full-time permanent contract with BWC. Freelance can also apply. Job Type: Hybrid :- 50% Onsite +50% Teleworking in Belgium. Roles & Requirements: Language: Good level of Dutch and/or French and English is required.Experience: Strong experience in Python/React development.Strong knowledge of AI Agent creation, LLM, MCP, A2A, and RAG DB.Strong hands-on experience with Python and FASTAPI.Experience with Service and API development.Experience with Queues and Messaging technologies, particularly RabbitMQ.Strong experience with Database development, including SQL Server, PostgreSQL, and SQLAlchemy.Experience with Security technologies such as SAML, OAuth, and Entra ID.Experience with testing using Pytest.Knowledge of AI technologies such as MCP, A2A, LangChain, LangGraph, and Co-Pilot is a plus.Experience with Containerization and Cloud technologies, particularly Kubernetes.Strong knowledge of CI/CD, including Azure DevOps Pipelines and ArgoCD.Strong hands-on experience with React.Experience with UI development, JavaScript, and CSS.Experience with NX for MicroFrontend development.Knowledge of Microservices Architecture is a plus.Experience working in Agile methodologies, particularly Scrum.Strong communication and teamwork skills.Strong accountability and ownership mindset.Proactive approach with the ability to bring well-argued ideas and suggestions to the team.
