Joining a fast-paced team as a Chemical Engineer, you’ll play a key role in the development of a new and innovative process, while also supporting wider chemical engineering activities across the business, both in the UK and internationally.

How you’ll add value:
Develop new and innovative chemical processes, in partnership with other teams.Act as the Chemical Engineer designate for projects.Support a range of chemical engineering activities across the business, gaining exposure to the technicalities of all operational areas.Contribute to process design, optimisation, safety assessments, and technical problem solving.Collaborate with engineering, operations, safety, and commercial teams to ensure successful project delivery.Maintain high standards of documentation, compliance, and engineering best practice.Travel to LCM’s Italian site on a regular basis (c4 days each month) to oversee projects and processes.
About You:
Bachelor’s degree (or Equivalent) Chemical Engineering.Demonstrable commercial experience gained within a chemical engineering environment.Strong understanding of Process Design and Process Safety.Comfortable collaborating with multi disciplinary teamsComputer literate with strong analytical and problem solving abilities.Willingness and eligibility to travel overseas (EU) on a regular basis – 1-2 weeks per month.
