DevOps Engineer - Cloud Platform

We are looking for an experienced DevOps Engineer (m/f/d) to support Flix on a project basis through a service agreement collaboration. The consultant will provide expertise in designing, automating, monitoring, and maintaining cloud infrastructure for our Cloud Platform team within the Foundation Division. The Cloud Platform team provides tools, infrastructure, expertise, and best practices that enable software engineering teams to build, deploy, and operate secure, robust, and efficient applications with minimal operational overhead. Scope of Services Design, deploy, monitor, and maintain cloud infrastructure running on AWS and KubernetesSupport the further development of Infrastructure as Code using tools such as TerraformAutomate operational processes and infrastructure workflows using scripting or programming languages such as Bash, Python, or GoSupport CI/CD processes and help engineering teams make effective use of the cloud platform stackTroubleshoot infrastructure and platform issues using monitoring tools such as Prometheus, Grafana, or DatadogContribute to platform reliability, incident response, and disaster recovery improvementsEvaluate relevant technologies and provide recommendations for implementationSupport developer experience improvements by enabling teams to work more efficiently with platform toolsWhere agreed, participate in operational support or on-call activities to ensure platform availability About You Strong professional experience as a DevOps Engineer, Platform Engineer, or Cloud EngineerHands-on experience with Infrastructure as Code, ideally TerraformExperience with public cloud environments, preferably AWSGood knowledge of Linux, Kubernetes, and CI/CD processesExperience with at least one programming or scripting language, such as Python, Go, or BashGood technical communication skills and the ability to collaborate with engineering teamsExperience delivering services independently within cloud, infrastructure, or platform engineering projectsProfessional proficiency in English Nice to Have Experience with GitOps tools such as FluxCD or ArgoCDExperience with Istio, Datadog, Prometheus, or GrafanaExperience improving Developer Experience in engineering organizationsExperience working in agile or product-oriented technology environmentsExperience with API GatewaysContributions to open-source projects or upstream repositories Collaboration Model Cooperation based on a service agreement with independent delivery of agreed services and invoicingProject-based collaboration with Flix stakeholders and engineering teams
