Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Dotnet Developer role based in Jakarta, Indonesia. The Dotnet Developer will design, develop, and maintain web and enterprise applications using .NET technologies in alignment with business requirements. Daily tasks include writing clean, scalable code, implementing new features, and enhancing existing modules while ensuring performance, security, and reliability. The role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams (such as business analysts, QA, UI/UX, and infrastructure) to gather requirements, resolve issues, and support deployment activities. The developer will also participate in code reviews, debugging, documentation, and continuous improvement of development practices and tools. Qualifications Strong programming foundation with skills in Programming and Object-Oriented Programming (OOP).Hands-on experience in Software Development using .NET technologies, including .NET Core.Proficiency in building web applications with ASP.NET MVC or related .NET web frameworks.Familiarity with relational databases (e.g., SQL Server), RESTful APIs, and integration with third-party services.Knowledge of version control systems (e.g., Git) and modern development workflows (CI/CD is a plus).Good understanding of software architecture, design patterns, and secure coding practices.Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with attention to detail and code quality.Effective communication skills and the ability to collaborate in a multicultural team environment.Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and basic knowledge of cloud platforms (e.g., Azure, AWS) is an advantage.
