Are you looking to streamline your cloud infrastructure and shape automated streaming platforms? We are seeking a talented Platform Engineer to build scalable, secure cloud foundations and automate deployment processes in an Agile environment.
Sitting at the intersection of Infrastructure, IT Operations, and Development, you will play a key role in supporting the Integration Layer team to implement Confluent (Apache Kafka) data streaming solutions.

What You Will Do:
Design, implement, and automate cloud infrastructure foundations and CI/CD pipelines using Infrastructure as Code tools like Terraform.Build and maintain a scalable, secure cloud platform to support the implementation of Confluent (Apache Kafka) data streaming.Collaborate with Application and Data Engineering teams to align, influence, and drive DevOps and MLOps best practices.Review code, troubleshoot cloud services, and provide guidance to ensure quality, compliance, and timely production support.Guide, coach, and mentor engineering peers while contributing to cloud upliftment programs and department roadmaps.
What You Need to Apply for This Role:
Proven experience working with Confluent or Apache Kafka platform components, including Connectors, Topics, and Service Accounts.Deep technical expertise in GCP or AWS public cloud environments alongside end-to-end Terraform (IaC) automation.Strong proficiency in scripting and software development using Golang, Python, or Bash shell.Hands-on experience building and maintaining complex CI/CD pipelines, Git branching strategies, and observability tools like New Relic.Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills with a passion for continuous learning and an AI-first development mindset.
