What you do
Own features end to end, from idea to production, together with one of the squadsBuild almost entirely with AI agents while safeguarding architecture, maintainability and technical qualityMake the calls and stay involved long enough to see how they play outWork directly with the CTO and the leads across product, engineering and dataRaise the level of the team across two squads, each with a PM and two interns
What you bring
At least 8 years of experience, built across two or three companies where you stayed long enough to see your own decisions play outA strong general technical foundation: architecture, system design, maintainabilityYou are comfortable building almost entirely with AI agents, or you step into that way of working without hesitationOwnership and proactive communication, which weigh more here than any specific stackYou are used to being the person others check their technical decisions withCome close on most of this and I would like to hear from you.
Nice to have
Python, and experience in an early stage product environment.
Practical
Fulltime, 40 hours.
