Description

Are you GAME to JOIN US and be our new AI Automation Engineer? SoftConstruct is on a search for a new player to join our AI Center Of Excellence team. Responsibilities Design and implement production-grade AI agents and robust automation servicesCreate robust data pipelines for extraction and LLM-driven transformationIntegrate with external tools and APIs, including web parsers, email, chat systems, and streaming dataExpose agent workflows as well-documented APIs or event-driven servicesFocus on building reliable systems with built-in caching, retries, observability, and performance optimizationContribute to the development of internal SDKs and frameworks to accelerate AI agent development across the teamPartner with cross-functional teams to translate use cases into reliable, maintainable solutions Requirements Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred)5+ years of professional Python experience, with a focus on modern async and typed codeProven track record building scalable backend APIs with modern web frameworks (e.g., FastAPI, Django) Hands-on experience with LLM agent design patterns like ReAct and tool-calling, preferably with frameworks like LangChainPractical experience with event-driven architectures (e.g., Kafka, RabbitMQ)Experience with orchestration frameworks (e.g., Dagster, Airflow) Proficiency with relational databases (e.g., PostgreSQL) and non-relational databases (e.g., MongoDB, Redis, PgVector)Strong knowledge of CI/CD practices, preferably with Azure DevOpsCommitment to writing strong unit and integration testsAbility to work independently and thrive in a fast-paced, evolving project environment Do you like to learn hard, work hard and play hard?
